I trained as corporate finance, banking, and tax lawyer in London and then worked as a policy advisory officer in the Ministry of Justice.

After working for a few years in the law sector, I realized law wasn’t my true calling, so I branched off to get into the business of investment brokerage.

This led me to Eastern Europe where I have been for the last 10 years advising investors, corporates, & governments in Eastern Europe and Africa.

And now, I am passionately involved in the startup and venture capital scene as the Managing Director of Founders Institute Latvia.

Besides heading critical positions at companies, I am the CEO and Chairman of Fooderus Group Holdings in London, which includes a subsidiary in Latvia as well as in Tanzania in East Africa.  

I am also the CEO of Evago Global Capital, we are about to receive our license from the FCA as an investment broker and investment promoter.

We will be the only such company in London that focuses purely on African investments.
